sí, me tomé demasiadas libertades
pero sometimes hay que adaptar, según el registro, y no traducir: éste es el caso. cosas tan largas como "pero no me golpeará..." o "porque me dejas..." le quitan espontaneidad al texto, me parece. La traducción de letras de rock, (con su coloquialidad, expresividad, etc.) es todo un tema apasionante. Ahí hay que usar serrucho pero con precisión de bisturí.
