    Now that's interesting. I wonder how many countries are moving from a free education to a paid one (not that it wasn't paid for by taxes).
    This is a charge laid at those in the current parliament. The current UK government is full of millionaires with huge inheritances, and many imposing fees now had free education themselves.
    It's impossible to keep track of a whole continent.

    Well J as one of the student banners said "It's easy to rule an ignorant people."
    So the plan is clear: privatization, exclusion, education as a privilege not a right - ie. back to the bleeding 19th century!
    With the "economic crisis" as an excuse for "austerity measures" = impoverishment of the many, concentration of power for the few.
